National IT Manager

What You'll Do:

- Continuous improvement and delivery of the company-wide IT strategy in alignment with business goals 
- Lead and optimise IT infrastructure across networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centres
- Oversee IT service management, cybersecurity frameworks, incident/change/problem management
- Implement major business-critical systems including Payroll, HRIS, HSE, and other enterprise platforms 
- Drive the delivery of national IT projects end-to-end: budgeting, planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement 
- Build and coach a capable internal IT team (6 direct reports) and develop vendor relationships
- Drive innovation and digital transformation across the company
- Ensure governance, compliance and risk management across all tech functions

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally across national/multi-site operations
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach to leadership
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise systems and large-scale digital projects
- Experience managing internal IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders
- Understanding of operational risk, compliance, and best practice in IT governance
- Exposure to blue collar or field-based industries is a strong advantage
