Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Provide technical expertise in SAP basis and RISE to support the implementation and customization of SAP modules.
Configure and maintain SAP systems, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize system functionality.
Stay updated on the latest SAP advancements and best practices to ensure our SAP environment is aligned with industry standards.
Day-to-day
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP solutions.
Design and implement SAP basis and RISE solutions, considering scalability and long-term maintainability.
Monitor and maintain SAP systems, performing routine checks and implementing proactive measures to ensure system stability.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing any SAP-related inquiries or issues.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP basis and RISE, participating in project meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
