Caity is our Senior Consultant leading the Back-End Software Development function at Sestra People. With four years of hands-on recruitment experience, she has successfully built and scaled development teams across Australia, partnering with Enterprises, Boutique Consulting Firms and Digital Agencies to deliver quality talent in highly specialised verticals at pace. She brings market-leading expertise in Microsoft-based technical and functional roles, with a strong focus on .NET Back-End Development and CMS platforms including Sitecore, Kentico, and Umbraco, as well as deep experience across Dynamics 365, from Solution Architecture to BDM and Sales, right through to hands on Implementation Consultants.

Adding a unique flavour to Sestra People, Caity is deeply passionate about Sustainability, Energy, and Renewable markets. She has led large-scale sourcing projects with some of Australia’s most reputable Utilities, Mining, and Oil & Gas organisations, supporting critical programs such as WEM Reform, Virtual Power Plants, Grid Connections, Billing, CRM & ERP Implementations and more. 

Known for her dedication to candidate experience and her strength in enterprise-level resource augmentation, Caity has successfully led full project team transitions from client to competitor, allowing new teams to hit the ground running. One standout example—now internally known as the “Tiger Team”—remains one of Sestra’s most successful case studies to date.
